2004 was another successful event for Mamafest! The day was BEAUTIFUL, the bands were awesome, riders were throwing it down in the pipe, and everybody learned a little bit more about what they could do to prevent breast cancer.
We raised over $17k, a new all time high for Mamafest. Because of this, we will able to donate almost $10,000 to the UW medical Genetics clinic alone!! We also were able to make a huge donation to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

The Half Pipe Jam, open to skier and snowboarders, was a lot of fun. We had so many entrants this year, it was really amazing seeing all the support from the local mountain riders and around the Seattle area. We even had visitors from Arizona and as far away as North Carolina. Granted, the NC resident was my sister, but it was still totally rad to have all those people supporting the cause.

Not only was the pipe going off - the bands were great. The International Businessmen, as always, were very entertaining. Blue Sky mile was all smiles as usual, Go Ahead was pretty dang funny up there, putting on a good show and the DJ's were playing some fine, fine tracks.
So, YEP, another great year. Thanks Stevens Pass, and all the sponsors, volunteers and everyone who showed up!
